Athletic Club is a football club based in Bilbao, Spain, competing in La Liga. Famous for fielding only Basque-born or Basque-developed players, the club won the 2021 Supercopa de Espana and reached the quarter-finals of the European Cup in the 1956/57 season, and has also lifted the Copa del Rey on multiple occasions, most recently in 2024.
